Make Jewelry or Macaroni?
We all love jewelry. Here’s a perfect quick fix jewelry idea that you can try out at home.
You need:
An elastic cord that is thin
Tiny beads that act as placeholders
A few tube shaped pieces of macaroni (uncooked ones of course!)
Food coloring (one or two colors)
Things to do before getting started:
Select a few pieces of tube shaped macaroni and soak them in food coloring
Leave the macaroni pieces under a fan or under the sun to dry
Once the color has soaked in to the pieces making them colorful you can start making the necklace
How to make the necklace:
Get the elastic cord and tie a big knot in one corner.
Now pass a tiny bead – next pass a piece of macaroni and again pass a tiny bead.
Continue this sequence until the elastic cord has become long enough to cover your entire neck
Once you’ve gained enough length, cut off the cord and tie a knot at the end.
With that being done, you just created a marvelous piece of jewelry for yourself!
